  • Day one
    Breakfast: Black coffee with saccharin and an integral bread toast.
    Lunch: Three eggs and a tomato.
    Dinner: 200 grams of red meat and abundant green salad.

     
  • Day two
    Breakfast: Black coffee with saccharin and an integral bread toast.
    Lunch: 200 grams of red meat and abundant green salad.
    Dinner: 200 grams of ham and a yogurt glass.

     
  • Day three
    Breakfast: Coffee with saccharin and an integral bread toast.
    Lunch: Abundant green salad, two tomatos and one orange.
    Dinner: 150 grams of ham, salad of fruits and two eggs.

     
  • Day four
    Breakfast: Coffee with saccharin and an integral bread toast.
    Lunch: 200 grams of cheese to gruyer, an egg and a carrot.
    Dinner: Salad of fruits and a yogurt.

     
  • Day five
    Breakfast: 200 grams of ham and one cup of rallada carrot.
    Lunch: 250 grams of fish to the furnace and two tomatos.
    Dinner: 300 grams of red meat.

     
  • Day six
    Breakfast: Coffee with saccharin and integral bread toast.
    Lunch: 250 grams of boiled chicken and one citric fruit.
    Dinner: Two eggs and one cup of rallada carrot.

     
  • Day seven
    Breakfast: Coffee with saccharin and integral bread toast.
    Lunch: 200 grams of red meat and one citric fruit.
    Dinner: Everything what it is desired but with moderation.

Indications:

  • To drink abundant water.
  • The salads can be flavored with grass, vinegar, lemon, sauce of soya or mustard.
