MEDICAL DIET SCARSDALE FOR 14 DAYS

This is a protein diet in which a small amount of fat is allowed. This regime was developed by the American cardiologist Hermann Tarnower de Scarsdale in the state of New York

Daily breakfast

Coffee or tea (without sugar, cream or milk).

* Allowed drinks: dietetic coffee, tea and refreshments.
* It prepares the salads with a spoonful of oil.
* The cider vinegar or lemon can use it without limit.
* Comma vegetal without butter, margarine or any other fat.

IT REMEMBERS

* All the meat must be thin.
* It clears the skin and the fat of the chicken and the turkey before cooking them.
* It is not necessary that it eats all the indicated one in the list
* It never overloads his stomach, when one feels satisfied, stops to eat.
* It does not follow with the diet for more than 14 days.
